Return Window
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Run & Return Eligibility
We want you to experience the product where it matters most — on the run.
You may take the product for a trial run and still be eligible for a return, provided it meets the following conditions:
- Used only for a reasonable trial run
- Clean and free from stains, damage, or excessive wear
- Returned in its original packaging
- All original tags and accessories are included
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Products showing excessive use, damage, misuse, or signs of wear beyond a reasonable trial will not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Do not return items without prior approval — such returns will be rejected.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us on the same day of delivery at info@out-stride.com.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
