Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • All original tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@out-stride.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, you will receive:

    • A prepaid return shipping label

    • Step-by-step instructions for sending your package

  3. Do not return items without prior approval — such returns will be rejected.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us on the same day of delivery at info@out-stride.com.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please:

  1. Return your original item as described above.

  2. Place a new order separately.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
